If you are thinking of bringing your kids to Thailand, there are some great family friendly resorts in Phuket, many of which have pools, water slides and beautiful golden sandy beaches within its vicinity. KidZania located in Bangkok is also a great place to bring children. This amusement park is family friendly and allows kids to play and learn about different types of jobs in a fun and entertaining environment. However, it is important if you are visiting Bangkok to stay central and close to shops and transport routes to save time as traffic can be hectic.

Songkran

Songkran is Thailand’s most famous festival. This is when Thai people celebrate their new years national holiday. The festival takes place on the 13th, 14th and 15th of April each year and during this time they have a celebration for love, compassion and thankfulness.

Best Time to Go

The best time to go and explore these islands is during the cool season, from November to March. During this time many tourists flock from all over the world to enjoy the weather, festivities, and everything else these exotic islands have to offer. Prices may be a little dearer to travel during this time as it is peak season.
