Ruin bars are popular night-time destinations for tourists. Ruin bars are simple settings where you may get a drink and a bite to eat or dance all night. They are usually found in Budapest's Jewish District. Likewise, try a Sparty, which is wildly popular. This is a renowned Saturday night out that takes place from February through December. Explorers from all over the world gather at the famed Széchenyi Bath for the one and only bath party.

The best time to visit depends entirely on your preferences and what you want to see and do while in this beautiful city. It is highly recommended to bring appropriate clothing during the winter months, as temperatures can dip as low as -6°C; yet this is the ideal season to visit the Széchenyi thermal baths as these pools can achieve temperatures of up to 38°C! During the summer, temperatures can approach 30°C, making it ideal weather for boat trips, ruin bars and learning about the history of neo-gothic structures like Buda Castle!
