Kavos is known as the clubbing capital of Corfu, so it goes without saying that it is popular with youth during the Summer months. However, couples love to holiday here too! Many opt to visit in May, September or October as Kavos is quieter just before the season starts or after it ends. The scenery creates a romantic backdrop and there are plenty of historic sites and world class attractions to be enjoyed.

It’s easy to get to and from Corfu, with flights departing three times a week from Dublin. The flight time is just 3 hours and 35 minutes and a private transfer can get you to Kavos in an hour.

Best Time to Go

The best time to go on a Kavos holiday is between the months of June, July and August. This is the town’s peak season as travellers are guaranteed sunshine, hot temperatures, and a lively atmosphere. If you’re looking for a cheaper stay, go in June and September as it’s quieter at the beginning and end of the season.
